Terms and conditions
The terms that apply to using this website and to buying a vehicle from HDG Cars.
Listing accuracy
We take care to describe vehicles accurately, but specifications, mileage and equipment should be confirmed with us before you travel or commit to a purchase.
Deposits and reservations
A reservation deposit holds a vehicle for seven days and is deducted from the purchase price. Deposits are refundable if you withdraw within that period, or if the vehicle is not as described.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or, where the sale is concluded at distance, your right to cancel.
