Every car is inspected on arrival. If it doesn't match the auction description, we'll talk you through your options, including cancelling the reservation.

Shipping from Japan usually takes six to ten weeks, followed by customs, registration and workshop preparation. We'll give you an estimate for your car.

Part exchange, yes. We can value your current car in advance so it's ready to swap when your new car is handed over. Finance isn't available on cars in transit. Once the car has arrived at the showroom, finance can be arranged, but the in-transit saving no longer applies.

Yes. You can collect from our West Midlands showroom or have the car delivered anywhere in the UK once it's prepared.
