Contact details you give us through enquiry, valuation and booking forms; vehicle details you submit for valuation; and records of our correspondence with you.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, arrange appointments, provide valuations, process a sale and meet our legal obligations as a motor trader. We do not sell your data.
Retention and rights
Enquiry records are held for 24 months and sale records for the period required by HMRC and consumer law. You may request access, correction or erasure of your data by contacting us.
